Adah Sharma’s film The Kerala Story was released in May last year and it created a stir at the box office. The film was liked a lot by the audience.
The Kerala Story became one of the most successful and popular films of the year 2023. It had caught everyone’s attention. However, after its release the movie was embroiled in many controversies.
Fans were waiting for a long time for The Kerala Story to be released on OTT. Adah Sharma announced the date of the OTT premiere of the film on her Instagram. The film is streaming on ZEE5 from 16th February.
The Kerala Story tells the story of three girls, Shalini (Adah Sharma), Nimah (Yogita Bihani), and Geetanjali (Siddhi Idnani), who are inspired to convert to another religion by their roommate, Asifa (Sonia Balani).
The Kerala Story directed by Sudipto Sen was highly appreciated. This film has been produced by Vipul Amritlal Shah.
The budget of the film is only Rs 15-20 crores. The movie had collected more than Rs 300 crore worldwide. In this, Ada Sharma, Yogita Bihani, Siddhi Edwani were in lead roles.
Ada Sharma told that after watching many horrifying videos, she lost sleep at night. She became more isolated from people than before and even started spending a lot of time alone.
In an interview with Jagran English, Ada Sharma was asked whether she would be a part of The Kerala Story 2 or not. The actress had said, “The next film we start shooting, I can promise you that I am trying to do something different.”
Vipul Amritlal Shah, Sudipto Sen and Adah Sharma will now be seen in ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’, in which they will be seen in the role of policemen. Its teaser was revealed.
