Chapra Court’s Judicial Magistrate Category Priyanshu Sharma has issued this order in Rasulpur police station case number 120/19 in NI Act trial number 2676/23. Shatrughan Kumar alias Khesari Lal Yadav is an accused in this case. Along with this, the court has also canceled the interim bail order granted to Khesari Lal Yadav, a resident of Dhanadih village of Rasulpur police station. In such a situation, the matter has become complicated legally.
FIR was registered against Khesari Lal Yadav in 2019
Khesari Lal Yadav has been absent from the last several court hearings. Because of this the time of the court was wasted and the hearing could not be conducted properly. On August 16, 2019, Mrityunjaynath Pandey, a resident of Ashani village of Rasulpur police station, had registered this check bounce case against Khesari Lal Yadav.
Khesari Lal Yadav gave a check of 18 lakhs, it bounced
According to the petition filed in the court and the police FIR, Mrityunjay Pandey had made a deal with Chanda Devi, wife of Shatrughan Kumar alias Khesari Lal Yadav, to sell his land for Rs 22 lakh 7 thousand. In this regard, the land registry has also been done on June 4, 2019. Khesari Lal Yadav gave a check of Rs 18 lakh to Mrityunjay Pandey as payment for the purchase of land, which he deposited in the bank on June 20, 2019. But this check was returned by the bank on 24 June 2019.
Controversy with the actor increased after the check bounced
In his petition, Mrityunjay Pandey has stated that when he went to the bank again on June 27 to deposit the cheque, on June 28, 2019, he came to know about the check bouncing. In such a situation, he tried to contact the actor. But when the dispute started increasing, he lodged an FIR with the police on 16 August.
Khesari Lal Yadav did not reach the court after January 21, 2021
Police filed a charge sheet on 22 August 2020 after investigating the case. In this, charges were framed against Khesari Lal Yadav under section 406, 138 NI Act. The Chhapra court then issued summons against Khesari Lal Yadav on 22 January 2021 and then issued a bailable warrant on 25 February 2021. The actor appeared in court on 21 January 2022 and took bail in the case. But after this he did not appear for the hearing in the court despite several dates. Therefore, now the court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
