The trailer of Gadar-2 will be released on this date, the anticipation of the audience increased, the box office expectations rose

Gadar (2001) is one of the biggest hits of Indian cinema and hence, expectations are high from Gadar 2. The excitement around Gadar’s re-release on 9th June has made it clear that even after 22 years, the film remains close to the hearts of the audience. Due to this, it is expected that the sequel can start with a bang.

Till now, the makers had released the teaser of Gadar 2, which coincidentally was attached to the print of Gadar.

The winds blowing in the cine corridors have told that the trailer will be launched exactly a week later i.e. on Thursday 27th July. The makers feel that releasing it 15 days ahead of the film’s release will work well and increase the promotion of the much-awaited sequel.

The makers have come up with an interesting promotional plan. The actors and director Anil Sharma are expected to ensure that Gadar 2 makes enough noise so that awareness about its release on August 11 spreads far and wide. Like Gadar, Gadar 2 also stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma. Directed by Anil Sharma, it is produced by Zee Studios and Anil Sharma Productions.

Meanwhile, the film’s team is expected to release a few more songs before Gadar 2 hits the theatres. Anil Sharma in his interview had said that apart from ‘Ud Ja Kale Kava’, the dance number ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ will also have a new version in the sequel. In a press conference attended by Anil, music director Mithun and singer Udit Narayan, it was announced that the makers would soon organize a concert where Udit Narayan, Arijit Singh and other singers would sing songs from Gadar 2 live.
