Pawanmuktasana
Pawanmuktasana is also a good asana in case of varicose veins. Especially, if your lifestyle is not active then it will especially benefit you. Pawanmuktasana gives relief from cramps, inflammation, lower back tension and fatigue.

First of all, lie straight on the mat on your back.
