Maruti Swift Hybrid Engine
Maruti Suzuki Swift has been provided with 1197cc, 12 valve DOSC engine equipped with mild hybrid technology. This engine generates peak power of 82 bhp and maximum torque of 108 Nm. The company has also installed an electric motor in this car, which is capable of generating power of 3.1 BHP and torque of 60 Nm. This hybrid system is self charging, which starts charging automatically as soon as the car starts. There is no need to charge the battery of hybrid system separately.
Maruti Swift Hybrid Mileage
Now if we talk about the mileage of the new Maruti Swift car, then with the hybrid engine, its mileage can also increase. The mileage of the standard variant of the new Swift to be presented at the Japan Mobility Show is 23.4 km per liter, while the mileage of the hybrid variant can be around 25 km per liter.
Design of Maruti Swift Hybrid
The front and rear profile of Maruti Swift Hybrid has been completely updated. In the new design, this car looks more modern and aggressive than before. The car has been provided with a new front grille, new bumper, bonnet, dual tone alloy wheels, blacked out ORVMs, roof and pillars. Newly designed LED tail light, skid plate and LED DRL along with redesigned tail gate have been provided in the rear.
Maruti Swift Hybrid Price
The new Maruti Swift Hybrid can be launched in the Indian car market in the second half of 2024. It will come with the same engine and features as the Japanese model. However, the tuning of the engine can be changed, due to which there can be a difference in its power. At the same time, its price in the ex-showroom of India can be between Rs 6.5 lakh to Rs 6.7 lakh.
