According to information received from family sources, the last rites of this actor will be performed in Hyderabad on Monday. A day before the festival of Diwali, the Telugu film industry will take a big blow. Bhai Chandra Mohan is the cousin of film producer K Vishwanath. He debuted in Telugu films in 1966 through the film Rangula Ratnam. This film of his was a big hit. He was given the Nandi Award for Best Actor for this film.

He was given the Filmfare Best Actor Award (Telugu) for the film Padharela Vayasu, released in 1978. He showed his brilliant acting in successful films like Siri Siri Muvva, Seethamalakshmi, Ram Robert Rahim, Radha Kalyanam, Rendu Relu Aaru and Chandamama Raave.
