Jawan is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. This film is not only Nayanthara’s but also Atlee’s first Hindi film. For Vijay Sethupathi, Jawan will be his second Hindi film, the first being Mumbaikar, which released earlier this year.

‘Jawaan’ outlines the emotional journey of a man who is set to right the wrongs in the society. Shahrukh is reported to have been paid Rs 100 crore for the film.

A special screening of Jawan was held at YRF Studios on 6 September. Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Atlee, Sanya Malhotra and others were seen arriving in style.

Anil Sharma, who directed Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, took to social media to congratulate Shah Rukh Khan and the entire team of Jawan for the grand release.
