1. First of all, break the radish leaves, after that break the spinach leaves and clean them.
2. Wash the spinach with clean water and chop it finely. Meanwhile cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
3. Take 5-6 cloves of garlic and peel them and chop green chilies as well.
4. Pour water in a vessel and boil it after adding radish leaves.
5. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, chopped garlic and fry it for a few seconds.
6. Then add green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry.
7. After this add some water to the spices and add salt.
8. When the water starts boiling, add crushed garlic and radish leaves to it.
9. Cook the vegetable for 2-3 minutes and add chopped spinach to it.
10. When the spinach and radish leaves become soft, put radish pieces on top.
11. Then cover the pan and cook the vegetable for 4-5 minutes.
12. Keep stirring the vegetable with a ladle in between.
13. Switch off the gas after the specified time.
14. Your delicious and tasty spinach radish curry is ready.
15. Serve with roti or paratha.
