Sukhdev was also considered guilty in this case.

Martyrs’ Day, celebrated on 23 March, marks the day when Indian freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were executed by the British government for acts of ‘dramatic violence’ and their role in the struggle for Indian independence. All three were hanged on March 23 in Lahore Central Jail in Pakistan. Bhagat Singh was hanged a day before
The date of death sentence for Bhagat Singh in the case of throwing a bomb in the Central Assembly was fixed for March 24. But this day should also be remembered as the fear of the British due to which these three were hanged 11 hours earlier. While going to be hanged, all three Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were singing merrily.
