Ginger, Honey, Sugar and Cinnamon Powder.
How to make ginger and honey candy at home

Take a big ginger and peel it off.

Now cut it roughly with a knife and then grind it with a little water.

Now put a cup of sugar, water and ginger paste in a pan and heat it.

Keep stirring it continuously till the sugar dissolves.

Now add about 1/4 cup honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder in it.

When it starts boiling, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it and mix it.

Besan Sheera Candy
Besan Ka Sheera is one of the very old healthy recipes of Punjab. It is made by mixing turmeric, ghee and black pepper with roasted gram flour. While molasses is thick, but it can also be prepared in the form of a delicious candy. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrition which helps the body to fight against cold and cough. To make it tasty, sugar or jaggery can also be added to it.

Gram flour, turmeric, ground black pepper, cardamom powder and grated jaggery.
How to make Besan Sheera Candy

First of all, heat ghee in a heavy pan.
