Advocate Pradeep Thorat, appearing for Nawazuddin Siddiqui, told the court that the actor was not aware of the whereabouts of his children.

“The petitioner (Siddiqui) thought that his children were in Dubai, but he has now received a mail from the children’s school that they are not attending their classes,” the lawyer said. Rizwan Siddiqui told the court that the children were with their biological mother and did not want to go back to Dubai. The lawyer said, both the children want to stay in India with their mother. He wants to continue his education here. The bench then asked the actor’s wife to inform the court by next week what they have decided regarding the education of the children.
