According to the actor, Sindhi is no longer spoken in Pakistan. He said, “They have Balochi, they have Bari, they have Seraiki and they have Pashto. Of course, Sindhi is no longer spoken in Pakistan.” Naseeruddin’s comment prompted Pakistani actor Mansha to respond and write on Twitter. Pasha, wife of Pakistan’s well-known lawyer and human rights activist Jibran Nasir, wrote that “I am a proud Sindhi who speaks Sindhi language at home and I do not find his statement correct.”
