The actor recently discussed what inspired him to be a part of the series and what his experience was like working with the rest of the cast.

Talking about what inspired Ashmit to accept the role in the series, he said, “I have learned a lot from this character of mine because it is the role of an actor who is dependent on certain things. Falsely accused, which immediately connected me with my story. I felt connected with my character and I felt that I was the right actor to play this character. There were many layers to my character and this story was also amazing. So, I thought it would be an interesting challenge for me to take on.”

He further added, “Also, when I met the series producer Suresh Thomas, whom I have known for many years, I was really impressed. Suresh Thomas is an old business associate of my dad’s and they have had a professional relationship for years. . I have known him since childhood. When he approached me for this project, I was quite surprised considering that he was only into the music business and producing this project was one of his first ventures. Having a family connection The reason I had to accept this project. Moreover, director Tarun Chopra narrated the entire script to me and I loved it. So, for me this project was like a win-win and I had no reason to say no. Was.”

Talking about the experience of working with the team of ‘State Vs Ahuja’, Ashmit shares, “If there wasn’t a highly emotional or serious scene that required a serious environment, there was There was a fun-filled atmosphere. Director Tarun Chopra is a young and cheerful guy with whom I became very good friends and because of my co-stars there was a very positive atmosphere on the set. He further added, “Honestly, we managed to shoot the entire show within the right time frame. Apart from a few minor reshoots, everything progressed smoothly. We even had backup preparations, but Our work was completed within the stipulated time frame. The atmosphere on the set was so positive from the beginning that I can’t forget that atmosphere even today. I shot my first scene with my onscreen wife and I, the subsequent shooting went very well. It ended with ease. Starting a heavy scene also helped in building our confidence. I had a great time with everyone who was a part of this project.”
