If you also use bottled water while travelling, then this may be important news for you. Scientists of Bhabha Research Center have recently discovered that bottled water can cause many serious diseases. The presence of dangerous chemicals used to purify water is being found in bottled water.

This has been revealed in the investigation report of Bhabha Research Institute located in Bai. According to the report, bottled water can become a major cause of cancer due to the presence of deadly chemicals 27 times more than normal. The test included 35 well-known bottled water brands.

The chemicals that companies are using to purify bottled water are ruining people’s health. Even the water coming out of common taps does not cause as serious harm to the body as the bottled water. Research found that chloride was found in 21 times more quantity than normal. This causes damage to the intestines, liver and kidneys. Also, presence of chlorate quantity 24 times more than normal has been found. Due to this the soft tissues of the body start becoming hard.

According to scientists, bottled water is even more dangerous for women. Scientists have discovered that many uterus related diseases in women can be caused by bottled water. About 80 to 90 percent of women suffer from lump disease near the uterus.[1]

The reason for this has also been attributed to bottled water. Apart from this, scientists found in their investigation that bottled water also has adverse effects on the kidneys. Bottled water also harms nature.

After drinking water, the bottle is thrown away which creates hazardous waste. Scientists claim that it takes 700 years for a plastic bottle to completely decompose. Now if you buy bottled water, keep in mind the harm it causes to your health and nature.
