Why am I tired all the time?

Dr. Piyush Trivedi (Rajasthan Assembly)
Jaipur. I can answer this question. Because I too have gone through this situation.
This is about my college time, my college time was from 10 am to 6 pm. Obviously, I had to spend my entire day in my college. But when I reached home at 7 pm, I felt completely energy less. I used to feel tired the whole day even in college.
Then I saw the doctor, he wrote some blood tests like cbc, LFT (LIVER FUNCTION TEST) etc. When the report came, my platelet count was very low in cbc and LIVER function sgpt, sgot were increased in LFT. All the energy in the body. Sports depend on digestion.
Liver is the power house of our body. This will keep us healthy. Because in today’s time non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases are spreading a lot. This happens due to our bad eating habits and not doing physical exercise.
Never eat outside food and packaged items, yes, eat once a month, do not eat every day. Take high protein diet. And exercise for one hour daily.
Remember it is very important to exercise.
Yes, one thing more ,
Whenever you eat something, chew it thoroughly. If you eat quickly, big pieces will go into the stomach and more blood will be supplied to the stomach for digestion. If more blood comes into the stomach, then the supply to the brain will be less, that is why we feel lazy. And I feel tired. It is simple science, understand it this way,
Whenever you sit down to eat, keep in mind that you eat a little less than what you are hungry for. That means if you eat four chapattis, eat only three. If you are hungry for three chapattis, eat only two. If you still feel hungry, eat later. If you eat everything at once, your stomach will have to put in more efforts. Try it and you will feel energetic the whole day. You will avoid taking medicines.
