Yami Gautam’s thriller Chor Nikal Ke Bhag to stream on Netflix

Recently Yami Gautam’s web series Last appeared on the OTT platform. Now another film of his is going to be screened on OTT. Netflix has announced on its social media account that Yami Gautam and Sunny Kaushal’s film Chor Nikal Ke Bhaag will be streaming on March 24. Touted to be a fast-paced heist-thriller, the film is directed by Ajay Singh and produced by Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films.

Starring Sharad Kelkar, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga is the story of an air hostess and her businessman lover, who are on a mission to steal diamonds to free themselves from the clutches of a loan shark. However, the heist goes horribly wrong when the very plane carrying the diamonds is caught in a hostage situation. Ajay Singh said that working in Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga proved to be a thrilling, roller coaster ride.

Directing Yami and Sunny and watching this film through their performances and the plot was exciting and I can’t wait for audiences around the world to experience our love through Netflix.

Maddock has always been passionate about the stories he tells and with Netflix giving a platform to these stories makes it even more special, said the director. Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan said that they wanted to be a part of the project when they first heard the story.

We wanted a fresh pair to showcase the story and how the film unfolds. Yami and Sunny fit the role perfectly. The film being a heist thriller, one of the very few to come out of the Indian entertainment industry and Netflix always backing different stories, we knew we had to work together on this title.

“Audiences across the world are looking for interesting films to enjoy and we hope this one satisfies them,” he added.
