40 years ago, Ambani was also in trouble, is Adani making the same formula to recover from ‘Hindenburg Attack’? – will gautam adani use amabi formula to recover from hindenburg attack

Ambani was also attacked like ‘Hindenburg’
The kind of attack that Hindenburg has done on Adani, the same kind of attack was done by the brokers of Calcutta on Dhirubhai Ambani, the owner of Reliance Industries. Today the same story is being repeated. But the question is, the way Ambani had defeated those brokers of the stock market, will Adani be able to take revenge in the same way. Let us tell you the story of 40 years ago, due to which the stock market had to be closed for three days. Dhirubhai Ambani taught such a lesson to the short sellers of the stock market that they were forced to kneel down.
A similar attack happened on Ambani 40 years ago.
This is a matter of that period, when in 1982, more than 24 lakh investors had joined Reliance. Reliance had issued Debentures to borrow money from investors. The more the price of Reliance’s shares increased, the less was the loan taken from the investors. Dhirubhai Ambani expected that the prices of his shares would continue to rise. But in the meantime some influential brokers of Kolkata started targeting Reliance. Such brokers or brokers are called bears. These bears make profit by buying back the shares by reducing their price. That is, the work that Hindenburg is doing today, in 1982 some brokers of Kolkata did the same work. That time came on March 18, 1982, which the stock market has not forgotten till date. Stock brokers started short selling of Reliance shares. Means the same work, which is happening in Adani’s shares after Hindenburg’s report, or rather Hindenburg is doing it. We are saying this because Hindenburg himself has confirmed that he has done short selling of Adani shares.
Dhirubhai Ambani taught a lesson
The brokers of Calcutta sold 3 lakh 50 thousand shares of Reliance Textile Industries on the very first day. Due to which the share price of Reliance fell from 131 to 121 rupees. Selling dominated the Reliance stock. Stock brokers were hoping that who would buy the falling shares of Reliance. He expected that Reliance shares would fall further and then he would make profit by buying those shares. Exactly what Hindenburg is planning to do today. But Dhirubhai Ambani understood the game plan of these brokers. He talked to his friends and bull brokers. Bull brokers are those investors who increase the price of shares by buying them and then earn profit by selling them at a higher price. Such investors are called bulls in the stock market. While on one hand the bears were reducing the price of Reliance shares by selling them, on the other hand the bulls were buying them at the behest of Dhirubhai Ambani. As a result, Reliance shares closed at Rs 125 on the first day. This process continued for some days. The short seller sold 1.1 million shares of Reliance. At the same time, Ambani’s friends also bought more than 8 lakh shares. There is a rule in futures trading that the short seller has to pay for the shares within the stipulated time frame. Failure to do so attracts a penalty of Rs 50 per share.
market for 3 days
Dhiru Bhai Ambani had a challenge that he had to maintain the price of Reliance shares at a level till the day the short seller was settled. When the day of settlement came, the share price of Reliance had reached above Rs.131 on that day. The short seller made no profit. Now he had to either purchase the shares at a higher price or pay a fine of Rs 50 per share for not giving the shares. The short seller incurred heavy losses. The settlement was not settling. After which the stock market had to be closed for three days. When the market opened after three days, the shares of Reliance reached further above Rs 186. Dhirubhai Ambani spoiled the whole game plan of the share which was made to fall. Gautam Adani considers Dhirubhai Ambani as his business guru.
Will Adani be able to do what Ambani did?
Now the question arises that if Gautam is playing a short seller game with Adani, then he will be able to reverse this game. What Dhiru Bhai Ambani did 40 years ago, Gautam Adani will be able to do today. Will Adani be able to teach the lesson that Dhiru Ambani taught to the Bears? The shares of Adani, which is going through difficult times, may be falling, but to say that Adani is ruined right now is completely baseless. Adani’s empire is so wide that he can easily eliminate his burden. For the time being, it has to be seen how Adani can get himself and his company out of this vortex.
