The name has not been TM, due to which the Yamuna Authority has suffered a loss of TM charge of about 200 crores. During the investigation, Yamuna Authority also spoke to Kadam Group about this.

After this, on April 9, Amit Walia of Shipra Group has filed a case against 18 people including officials of India Bulls Finance Limited, M3M India Pvt Ltd at Indirapuram police station. Due to this, a notice has been issued to Kadam Group on Tuesday as to how this land has been sold to another company without TM. Now the authority has issued notices to Kadam Group, India Bulls and M3M. In the notice, it has been said to deposit Rs 200 crore as transfer fee.
