what is the matter
Let us tell you that the Uttar Pradesh government had given LFD land at five places to Jaypee Infratech Company for the development of Yamuna Expressway. In this, one LFD land is in Sector-128. The authority to pass the map for the project to be built on the land of this LFD comes in the area of Noida Authority and the authority to get the TM (Transfer Memorandum) related to the sale of the land is of the Yamuna Authority because the Yamuna Expressway is through Yamuna Authority only. The land was given to Jaypee Infratech for development. Out of this LLFD land, 73 acres of land was sold by Jaypee Infratech to Kadam Group at that time. Due to which even today this land is registered in the name of Kadam Group in the records of Yamuna Authority. Kadam Group is an affiliated company of Shipra Group.
Investigation revealed
Recently, when the Authority came to know about the fact that after the name of the company in whose records the land is in the authority’s records, the land has been sold to other companies as well, then the authority started investigating the matter because the authority had given the land to some other company. The name has not been TM, due to which the Yamuna Authority has suffered a loss of TM charge of about 200 crores. During the investigation, Yamuna Authority also spoke to Kadam Group about this.
Case filed against 18 people
After this, on April 9, Amit Walia of Shipra Group has filed a case against 18 people including officials of India Bulls Finance Limited, M3M India Pvt Ltd at Indirapuram police station. After the case was registered in Ghaziabad, the Yamuna Authority has come into more action. Due to this, a notice has been issued to Kadam Group on Tuesday as to how this land has been sold to another company without TM. Now the authority has issued notices to Kadam Group, India Bulls and M3M. In the notice, it has been said to deposit Rs 200 crore as transfer fee.
information not given
Authority’s CEO Arunveer Singh said that the authority has not been informed about the change in constitution and change in shareholding. Whereas it is necessary to give this information. This process is illegal. The CEO told that the authority will also register an FIR against these people. Along with this, the Yamuna Authority has also written a letter to the Noida Authority. It has been said in the letter that he should not pass the map of M3M Group on this land. Because the property has not been transferred yet. Apart from this, the authority will also write a letter to Jaypee Infratech. Will ask him to cancel the allotment of this land. Yamuna Authority officials say that this is a case of complete fraud in which the three companies together have defrauded Yamuna Authority of TM charge of Rs 200 crore.
