According to Mint’s report, gold has given the highest return of 16.63 per cent in the last one year. Equity has given 14.51 per cent, liquid fund 6.07 per cent and FD 5.30 per cent.
Return on investment for 3 years
If we look at the investment of three years, then the highest return has been given in equity (Sensex) of 24.68 percent. Gold has given a return of 7.24 per cent, FD 5.1 per cent and liquid fund 4.18 per cent.
5 year return on investment
Gold has given the highest return of 13.79 per cent on investment in the last five years. After this, 12.45 percent in equity, 6.65 percent in FD, 5.09 percent in liquid fund.
10 year return on investment
Equity (Sensex) has given the highest return of 12.05 per cent in the last 10 years. 8.75 percent in FD, 8.52 percent in gold, 8.75 percent in FD and 6.53 percent in liquid funds.
