Some people of Pakistan quietly helped India, will they get a medal on Republic Day?

Some people of Pakistan are silently helping India. These people have done so much work for India that their debt cannot even be repaid. Now there is even a demand to give medals to these people who helped India. In fact, Pakistan, which was considered a haven for terrorists, is no longer safe for terrorists.
