Now click on Save and Proceed.

Click on the Book Appointment option here and get the slot booked at the Aadhaar Enrollment Center.

Here you fill the Aadhaar Update Form.

Enter your current mobile phone number on the form.

The representative present at the Aadhaar Enrollment Center will register your request.

After registering your request, you will get an Acknowledgment Receipt from here. URN update request number will be entered on it.

You will have to pay Rs 25 for this service.
