Mumbai (Uttam Hindu News): Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, who was last seen in ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, has filed an FIR against a fake advertisement of a political party. The actor has lodged an FIR with Mumbai Police against a fake advertisement of Congress. The ad features a fake video of a Bollywood superstar created by Artificial Intelligence, which takes aim at the BJP over its promise of Rs 15 lakh in every citizen’s account.

This is an alleged AI-generated deep fake video using a clip from an episode of the Aamir Khan-hosted TV show ‘Satyamev Jayate’ which was aired 10 years ago. Aamir Khan’s spokesperson has issued a statement saying that the actor has initiated legal action and informed the authorities about the matter.

The spokesperson said, we want to clarify that Aamir Khan has never supported any political party in his 35-year career. He has devoted his efforts to raising public awareness through election commission campaigns in the last several elections. We are concerned over the recent viral video alleging that Aamir Khan is promoting a particular political party.

The spokesperson further said, he would like to clarify that this is a fake video and is completely false. He has reported the matter to various authorities related to the issue, including filing an FIR with the Cyber ​​Crime Cell of Mumbai Police. Khan would like to urge all Indians to come out and vote and be an active part of our electoral process.
