Those who upload this content, like Google, they also have to take the responsibility that they do not upload such news, which is harmful for the child.
Court sought details of violators
Giving information on the next steps related to this case, Amit says that the court has also directed Google/YouTube to give details of violators like contact numbers, email IDs etc. After getting the names related to these fake news, we will decide what will be the next step. In this we will be able to decide only after talking to our client. Amit also tells that we have not talked to Aaradhya in this whole matter. We have talked only with Abhishek Bachchan.
Other celebrities will get courage
Taking the side of his client Abhishek Bachchan, Amit says that fake news, defamatory news can never be part and parcel of stardom. I am happy that Abhishek has started this. Which is a very good thing that someone has shown the guts to do this. This will also give courage to other celebrities of the industry, about whose children anything is written in the social media.
