Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The film will be released in theaters on 21 April. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has created a lot of buzz among the fans as it featured the Sultan of Bollywood in a new avatar. Songs like Nayyo Lagda and Yentamma have also clicked with the masses. The film has also attracted a lot of attention in the Telugu states as it featured Pooja Hegde, star of films like Ala Vaikunthapremulo and Aravinda Sametha, as the leading lady. It marks his first collaboration with Salman. Kisi Ki Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars veteran Tollywood star Venkatesh, who was recently seen in a pivotal role in Rana Naidu.

These factors and Salman’s stardom may help the film to do well on the first day, even though it is releasing a day before Eid. Exhibitor Akshay Rathi informed that the Day 1 collection is likely to be around Rs 15 crore.

He said that Salman Khan and Eid is a very good combination. We are seeing it after few years this time because of covid. The film has tremendous potential. It has created a lot of craze among the fans. Now it remains to be seen whether the material is good or not. The first day collection at the domestic box office should be around Rs 15 crore.

India (2019)

Bharat hit the screens on the occasion of Eid and opened to a good response at the box office. It received mostly positive reviews, with critics praising the performances. Bharat put up good numbers over the weekend and emerged as the crowd’s favourite. Made on a budget of Rs 100 crore, the film earned Rs 194 crore during its lifetime. Bharat starred Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani as the leading ladies.

Race 3 (2018)

Race 3 emerged as a commercial success despite receiving negative reviews. The action-thriller, the third installment of the Race franchise, collected Rs 166 crore during its entire run. Biggie was reportedly shot on a budget of Rs 150 crore. The film’s cast included Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Tiger Zinda Hai (2017)

Tiger Zinda Hai directed by Ali Abbas Zafar emerged as a blockbuster at the box office and proved to be a treat for ardent fans of Salman. Made on a budget of Rs 130 crore, the spy-thriller earned Rs 339 crore during its lifetime. Tiger Zinda Hai starred Katrina Kaif as the leading lady. It was produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films.

Tubelight (2017)

In 2015, Kabir Khan and Salman Khan teamed up for Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which turned out to be a blockbuster. A few years later, the two came together again for Tubelight. The film, sadly, failed to live up to the expectations.
