Adani Group joins hands with Cova for marketing of Green Ammonia, Green Hydrogen

New Delhi. Adani Group on Friday said it has joined hands with Japanese business house Kowa Group to set up a joint venture for marketing its produced green ammonia and green hydrogen. Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of Adani Group, said in the information given to the stock market, “Adani Global Pte Ltd, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Cova Holdings Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore) on September 8. Put signature on.”
Adani and Cova will have 50-50 percent stake in the joint venture. However, the group did not provide any additional information on the agreement. According to the company, “The Joint Venture Agreement stipulates the terms of formation of a Joint Venture Company in Singapore for the sale and marketing of green ammonia, green hydrogen and its by-products produced and supplied by the Adani Group in the agreed territory.” Adani Group is investing billions of dollars in setting up facilities to produce green ammonia and green hydrogen from water.
