According to the information, so far about 10,000 people have got the names of the family members registered in the registry department by taking advantage of this scheme. It is expected that this time also the number of people taking advantage of it will be in thousands. According to the instructions written in the mandate, the scheme will remain in force till further orders.
Registry fee will have to be paid one percent
According to the mandate, no matter how much the property is, it can be registered in the name of the family members only on a stamp duty of five thousand. Apart from this, one percent registration fee will have to be deposited. It can be understood in such a way that if a property is worth one crore, then one percent i.e. one lakh rupees will be charged as registration fee and five thousand stamp duty will be charged. 4-5 lakhs will be directly saved in stamp duty.
Scheme has been brought for residential and agricultural land
According to the mandate, only residential i.e. flat or sector and village house will come under the ambit of this scheme. Along with this, agricultural land will also come under the purview of this scheme. Any type of property like commercial, institutional, industrial, group housing etc. will not come under its purview. This scheme has been brought from the government level only to give the benefit of this scheme to the common people.

Let us tell you that under the last scheme, in most of the cases, the parents have ended the disputes by getting the property registered in the name of their children while they are alive. At the same time, in the families where there are cases of giving share in the property of the house to the daughters, many people have got the registry done taking advantage of this scheme.
