On Sunday, Australia defeated host India by six wickets in the final match.
Ranveer wrote on Instagram Stories, “Some ups and downs, some good days, some bad days… some wins, some losses… this is sport and this is life. We are all disappointed, but let’s appreciate our players for giving their all.
Deepika Padukone, who was present at the stadium to watch the World Cup final match, shared the image of the Indian flag on Instagram Stories.
The World Cup 2023 match at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad was star-studded. It saw the presence of Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Ranveer and Deepika, Prakash Padukone, Ayushmann Khurrana, Madhur Bhandarkar, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor.
