Like ‘Chak De’, Rahul Dravid will lead India to victory as a coach: Katrina Kaif
Mumbai (Uttam Hindu News): Recently released film ‘Tiger 3’ actress Katrina Kaif drew parallels between Indian cricket team coach Rahul Dravid and sports films. He did the film ‘Chak De! Made similarity between ‘India’ and ‘World Cup Final’ also.
The actress expressed hope about Rahul Dravid’s coaching. She said, “I think of it like the film ‘Chak De’. India’s Rahul Dravid will lead Team India to victory as the coach. I am confident that Rahul sir will finally see his dream come true. It is an ideal story and I think a biopic can be made on it.”
Katrina’s ‘Tiger 3’ co-star Salman Khan praised Rahul Dravid’s enduring dedication and unchanged demeanor.
The actor said, “Rahul Dravid has worked with and trained many youngsters of the next generation, but he remains the same. There was no change in them, it is unbelievable because when you are on the field, you are burning a lot of calories, and then you stop, your weight increases.”
Salman said, “But Rahul Dravid, with all his coaching dedication and desire to see our Indian cricket team win the World Cup, has a motivation that even if I don’t win, the Indian cricket team should win this World Cup. This is true love for cricket and Indian players.”
