The lot size of INOX IPO has been fixed at 22 equity shares. This simply means that the investor will have to invest at least Rs 13,794 in the company.

It is being estimated that Inox India may release the allotment list for shares on December 19. The company is expected to release the refund list by December 20. Refund will be credited to the user’s demat account. Let us tell you that about 50 percent of the IPO has been reserved for QIBs. In this, retail investors will stake claim on 35 percent. Whereas, 15 shares have been reserved for non-institutional investors. The IPO of the company will be under offer for sale. Shares of INOX India will likely be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 21. The company will issue an offer for sale (OFS) of 22,110,955 equity shares in its IPO.
