Now customers can buy flour under open market sale scheme at Rs 29.50 per kg. The government will sell it under the name of ‘Bharat Atta’. Its sale will start from 6 February.

A statement from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs said that flour can be purchased from government outlets for Rs 29.50 per kg. It has been decided in the meeting that Kendriya Bhandar, NAFED and NCCF institutions will lift wheat up to 3 LMT from Food Corporation of India (FCI) depots.
