Recently Narayan Murthy has revealed that Infosys company was formed only because of Azim Premji, the founder of IT company Wipro. Actually, Narayan Murthy told that Infosys came into existence only because of Azim Premji, the founder of IT company Wipro. Today Infosys is among the top IT companies. According to the report, Narayan Murthy told that when he was looking for a job, he had applied for a job in Wipro. This application was rejected by Azim Premji.

According to the information, Narayan Murthy had done many jobs before becoming the co-founder of Infosys. His first job was as a research associate at IIM Ahmedabad. Here he was working as Chief System Programmer. After Infosys came into existence, he founded Softronics but that company could not reach the heights. When this company could not function, he started a new job in Pune. This was the period when Narayan Murthy had applied for a job in Wipro, which was rejected by Azim Premji.

Regarding this, Narayan Murthy said that when his job application in Wipro was rejected, Infosys was born. Wipro and Infosys, both big companies in the IT sector, are rivals of each other. He told that Wipro founder Azim Premji also regretted that he did not hire Narayana Murthy, which is one of the biggest mistakes of his life. If Narayana Murthy had got a job in Wipro at that time, today’s IT sector would have been quite different. Even for Narayana Murthy and Azim Premji, the situation would have been quite different.

Infosys was started in the year 1981, which was started by Narayana Murthy along with six of his colleagues. Narayan Murthy then lived in a one-room house with his wife. Narayan Murthy had also borrowed Rs 10,000 from his wife Sudha Murthy to establish this company.
