BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover will launch an app for medical loans called ‘Zeropay’

New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): BharatPe co-founder and former MD Ashneer Grover is set to launch a new app called ‘ZeroPay’, which will provide loans for healthcare.
According to the Google Play Store listing of the app, ZeroPay is currently undergoing testing. It is developed by Third Unicorn, which was founded by Grover after exiting BharatPe.
The app will provide users with an instant pre-approved medical loan of up to Rs 5 lakh to cover their medical expenses.
The company has partnered with Delhi-based non-banking finance company (NBFC) Mukut Finvest to provide instant loans. According to the Zeropay app website, users can avail the service only at participating hospitals.
To apply for a medical loan from Zeropay, users need to download the app, complete a quick application and then they will receive instant loan approval.
“Zeropay ensures a straightforward process by paying the sanctioned loan amount directly to the hospital chosen on behalf of the user,” Zeropay writes on its website.
Grover launched Third Unicorn in January 2023 with his wife Madhuri Jain Grover and entrepreneur Aseem Ghavri.
The company launched CricPay to take on Dream11, Mobile Premier League (MPL) and My11Circle.
