New Delhi : Union Communications, Electronics and Information Technology and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Tuesday tested the indigenous mobile operating system Bharos (BharOS). According to media reports, this mobile operating system has been developed by the incubated firm of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). The specialty of this mobile operating system is that its software can also be installed on commercial off-the-shelf handsets.
On this occasion, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that difficulties will come in this journey and many people around the world will bring difficulties. He said that such people would not want such a system to be successful. Expressing confidence in the mobile operating system, he said that we have to work towards making this mobile operating system successful with great care and hard work.
