Bharti Hexacom IPO: Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, one of the largest telecom companies in the country, is bringing an excellent IPO for investors. About 7.5 crore shares will be offered for sale in the company’s IPO. It is being told that the existing shareholder is Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. Is selling 15 percent stake. However, the size of the OFS has been reduced from the earlier 10 crore shares. The price band for this IPO has been released by the company today. The shares of the company will be available at the price band of Rs 542-570 per stock. Bids for this IPO can be placed between April 3 and April 5. Whereas, anchor investors are going to get a chance to bid on April 2. This will be the first IPO of the new financial year 2024-25.
SEBI had given permission in March
Bharti Hexacom has received the ‘conclusion letter’ from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on March 11 for the IPO. SEBI’s conclusion letter is necessary to launch an IPO. Promoter Bharti Airtel holds 70 percent stake in Bharti Hexacom and the remaining 30 percent stake is with public sector Telecom Consultants India Limited. Bharti Hexacom is a communications solutions provider, providing consumer mobile services, fixed line telephone and broadband services to customers in Rajasthan and North-East telecom circles in the country.
