However, let us tell you that no allegations have been made directly against Gautam Adani, his company or Azure Power Global Limited yet. In such a situation, it is not necessary that there should be a case later on the basis of investigation.

What did Adani Group say?
While answering the questions asked in this matter, the Adani Group replied in an e-mail that they have no information about any kind of investigation against their Chairman Gautam Adani. We are subject to anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws in our country India and also in other countries. The company takes care of this in every way. However, representatives of the Justice Department based in Brooklyn and Washington have also refused to comment on the matter. Whereas, the company Azure Power Global Limited, which is under the purview of the alleged investigation in the case, has not given any answer to the questions asked.
