Bigg Boss Season 16 – Rapper MC Stan of Pune won the trophy, got a check of Rs 31 lakh

Mumbai . Rapper MC Stan was declared the winner of ‘Bigg Boss’ season 16, which began on Sunday night and went on till the wee hours of Monday. MC Stan, whose real name is Altaf Sheikh, entered the reality show with a huge fan base, and took home the Bigg Boss trophy worth over Rs 31 lakh.

Over 130 days of fighting inside the house, Steyn maintained his position as a strong contender for the trophy. He defeated Shiv Thackeray, Archana Gautam and Shalin Bhanot in the Grand Finale.

Stan is an Indian rapper, songwriter, music producer and composer. He became popular after the release of his song ‘Khuja Mat’ in 2019. He is a resident of Pune, Maharashtra. He was just 12 years old when he started singing Qawwali.

He was introduced to rap music by his brother. Before getting into rapping, Stan was into b-boying and beatboxing.

His one liners like ‘Shemdi’, ‘Appreciate you’, ‘Haq Se’, ‘Feel you Bro’ and ‘Hindi Matribhasha’ and ‘Ravas’ have caught the attention of the entire nation.

Stan, who proudly calls himself ‘Basti Ka Hasti’, is one of the most popular faces in ‘Bigg Boss 16’ as he has a fan following of 7.7 million on Instagram.

In the Top 3 segment, Priyanka Chowdhary was up against Shiv Thackeray and MC Steyn. However, she was shown the out door after making it to the final three.

Salman praised Priyanka’s way of taking the news. She competed against 14 people and came out smiling and not broken even after coming so close to the trophy.
