In the assembly elections of five states, BJP got an unexpected victory in three major states. BJP had fought these elections under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and no leader was presented as the Chief Minister in the state. It was also surprising for the opposition that the party had ordered many MPs, some of whom were ministers, to contest the assembly elections. If many big faces win, who will be the Chief Minister? With the victory of BJP, mainstream and social media sources started speculating. The delay in the process of Chief Minister selection, the stir at Vasundhara’s house in Rajasthan and Shivraj ji’s announcement of not going to Delhi in Madhya Pradesh had kept political analysts and forecasters at work. The names of the new Chief Ministers appointed in the three states did not come up in any discussion anywhere. TV channels were taking help of Google to tell about him. There is a stir in the opposition camp as to how BJP is choosing its new faces without any factionalism. Various types of analyzes were going on on all the TV channels on Kaun Banega Chief Minister, but now all the analysts got surprised and also started discussing that whatever face they put forward on TV, that face is left behind in BJP. And then a completely new face appears. Now the big names of the country’s media world should understand that in the current Indian politics, if there is anyone doing the biggest election survey and making political predictions, then it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Despite extremely adverse circumstances, due to the efficient leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his vigorous campaigning, BJP has made a strong comeback in all three states.

Chhattisgarh

Bharatiya Janata Party first surprised Chhattisgarh by making a prominent tribal leader Vishnudev Sai the Chief Minister and then a proposal was made to make Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma Deputy Chief Ministers. At the same time, all kinds of speculations were put to an end by proposing to make former Chief Minister Raman Singh the Assembly Speaker. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is a tribal and belongs to a farmer family. He won from Kunkuri Assembly seat and was also an MP from Raigarh Lok Sabha seat from 1999 to 2014. He has also been the state BJP president in the past. During the election campaign, Home Minister Amit Shah had appealed to the public that if you make Sai victorious, we will make him a big man. Now Sai has become the Chief Minister. If we take a holistic view, it becomes clear that the BJP, which was contesting the elections without putting forward any face, had decided during the campaign itself that if the government is formed, to whom it will hand over the command of the state. Sai’s name was also not appearing in any TV channel’s debate. Here BJP contested the elections without any special preparation, yet won a grand victory and after the elections got free from the influence of Raman Singh, however, BJP has not sidelined Raman Singh and honored him by giving him the post of Assembly Speaker. His father and grandfather have also been volunteers of the Sangh and played an important role in the early days of the Ram Mandir movement.

Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh, it was believed that during the election campaign, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan could be rewarded for his hard work and possibly he would remain the Chief Minister till the Lok Sabha elections, but nothing like this happened and Mama ji was called for a new face. In Madhya Pradesh, the opponents had started campaigning that due to factionalism in the BJP, there was a delay in the leader selection, but when Mohan Yadav’s name was announced, everyone was surprised. Big leaders of Yadav community in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are worried that now in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, BJP is going to carry forward its politics with the help of a Yadav Chief Minister. By making Mohan Yadav the Chief Minister, BJP has hit many birds with one stone, the first of which is that now BJP has got a new face in Madhya Pradesh. During the last elections, Congress was accusing Mama ji of corruption and scams and during the election campaign was trying to corner BJP by calling it a government that eats 40 percent commission, hence now it has got relief from all such allegations.

Secondly, BJP has made a strong effort to woo the Yadav voters of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by making Mohan Yadav the Chief Minister. Political analysts estimate that due to Mohan Yadav being made the Chief Minister, the challenge for SP is going to increase in UP. Even socialist leaders are admitting that Mohan Yadav has been made the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh as part of a strategy to woo the Yadav voters of UP, Bihar and Haryana. In Uttar Pradesh their number is 10-12 percent and in Bihar their number is 14.26 percent and in Haryana their number is around 10 percent. Till now, Akhilesh Yadav in UP and Lalu Yadav in Bihar were declaring themselves as the only big leaders of Yadavs, but now BJP has also got a Yadav leader and that is Mohan Yadav. By making Mohan Yadav the Chief Minister and appointing two Deputy Chief Ministers along with him, BJP has done amazing social engineering among the voters of the state. While Narottam Mishra was the Brahmin face in the previous government, now Rajendra Shukla has emerged as the Brahmin face in Mohan Yadav’s government. Jagdish Deora has been made the Deputy Chief Minister while former Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has been made the Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly.

Mohan Yadav is highly educated and belongs to Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. When Mohan’s name was announced, celebrations were also held at his in-laws’ house in Sultanpur. Mohan Yadav is a disciple of the famous saint and founder of Sitaram Ashram located in Ramghat, Swami Atmananddas alias Nepali Baba. During the Ujjain Mahakumbh in 2016, Nepali Baba had blessed Mohan Yadav to become the Chief Minister.

Rajasthan

After long meetings and all kinds of speculations, finally Rajasthan has also got a new face and there too the reign of Maharani Vasudhanra Raje has now ended and by making a Brahmin face Bhajan Lal Sharma the Chief Minister, BJP has appeased all the political pundits. They have shocked everyone badly and now all of them are sitting on TV channels scratching their heads as to how Bhajan Lal Sharma’s name came into the race and he became MLA for the first time and became the Chief Minister of the state for the first time. It is being said about Bhajan Lal Sharma that he is close to the Sangh and has been the General Secretary four times and has been very active in the organization. Bhajan Lal is a Brahmin face and after a long time Rajasthan has got a Brahmin Chief Minister. Rajasthan has about 12 percent Brahmin population and is spread across the entire state and is considered a silent voter. Till now in the politics of Rajasthan, discussions were held only about Jats, Gurjars, Dalits, Meena etc. but now after a long time, BJP has given a message to the upper caste community by making a Brahmin the Chief Minister because the upper caste voters are also an important part in the politics of North India. While in Rajasthan, Diya Kumari and Premchand Bairwa have been made Deputy Chief Ministers, Vasudev Devnani, who has been a four-time MLA, has made a successful effort to woo the Sindhi and Marwari communities of the state by making him the Assembly Speaker.

BJP has done strong social engineering to destroy the politics of casteism and has also made a successful attempt to put brakes on the practice of caste census which the opposition had started to divide the Hindu society. BJP has formed its brand new team in three states for the Lok Sabha elections and now the time has come that this team will fulfill all the guarantees of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Modi ji will become the Prime Minister for the third time.
