In this matter, the bench directed Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shamasuddin Siddiqui to be present in its chamber along with their lawyers on May 3 to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Justice Chagla said that, in view of the negotiation of the settlement, there would be no (social media) posts against each other, no insinuations would be leveled against each other in view of the possibility of an amicable settlement. This is to maintain equity among the parties so that there are no more posts against each other.
