Method
First of all, take a pan and put some water in it and heat it on medium flame. Put 1 teaspoon of oil and salt as per taste in the water and let the water boil. Now pouring semolina into this water, keep stirring it with a spoon. Mix it until the semolina absorbs all the water.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool. If the semolina remains slightly hot, add wheat flour, cumin powder, celery, red chillies and mix it well. Now prepare the dough by kneading the prepared mixture well. Heat the nonstick pan. Make balls from the prepared dough and roll out the parathas. When the griddle becomes hot, put the paratha on the griddle and roast it and serve it.
