Edtech major Think & Learn has received commitments of $300 million from investors through a rights issue. Sources having knowledge of the matter gave this information. The company, which operates under the Byju’s brand, Think & Learn, had issued a rights issue in January to raise US$200 million at an enterprise valuation of US$22-250 million, sources said. It will close at the end of February.
