Canada has gone on back foot due to India’s successful diplomacy

US Ambassador Eric Garcetti’s refusal to make any statement regarding the deterioration in India-US relations regarding Canada has proved that this issue will not have any impact on the relations between the two bilateral countries. From this it can be inferred that western countries do not agree to spoil relations with India on this issue. After this entire sequence of events, Canada has become completely isolated. This was the reason that as soon as Foreign Minister S Jaishankar returned from America, the central government asked 41 Canadian diplomats to leave the country. Now Canada is in a state of pleading. Canada has said that this issue can be discussed privately. This decision of India pushed Canada to the last mile. India proved that no country in the world can dominate India. India’s diplomacy was successful in this matter.

Foreign Minister Jaishankar had clearly stated in the United Nations Assembly and an event in America that Canada’s actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
