How much experience should you have?
The promotion criteria are set by the Ministry of Defense and as per the list, 3 years of experience is required for promotion to Level 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Along with this, 8 years of experience is necessary for the level. 2 to 4. Whereas for level 3 to 4, there should be 5 years of experience. Whereas for Level 17 employees, 1 year of experience is required and for Level 6 to 11, 12 years of experience is required.
