Chicken Manchow Soup – Dainik Savera Times

Material
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage and capsicum)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1/2 cup cooked noodles
4 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
fresh coriander for garnishing
Method
- Heat cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, fry until fragrant.
- Add finely chopped vegetables to it and fry while stirring for 2-3 minutes until they become soft.
- Add cooked chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Stir well to combine the flavors.
- Add the chicken broth, bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, sprinkle finely chopped green onions into the soup and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once everything is thoroughly cooked and full of flavor, your winter special Chicken Manchow Soup is ready to serve.
- Ladle the hot soup into bowls, garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
