New Delhi. Real estate consultant Colliers India plans to hire around 400 employees this year. The company on Thursday said it is preparing to add new services and enter more Tier II cities as part of its growth strategy. Colliers India currently has 3,000 employees in India. Earlier this week Colliers’ global leadership led by Chris McLaren, CEO – Global, Real Estate Services and John Kenny, CEO – Asia Pacific visited India.
Colliers India said this reflects their confidence in India’s growth story and potential. Sanke Prasad, chairman and managing director of Colliers India, said, “We plan to add 350-400 people this year. Colliers India to hire over 1,000 employees in 2022. We plan to grow our team by 15 percent in 2023.
