A nation reflects one language, one tradition and one culture and such characteristics constitute a nation. Here Tamil is a nation. Malayalam is one language, one nation. Oriya is one language one nation. Such categories together create India. India is a subcontinent and has different customs, traditions and cultures. He said that states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Delhi and Odisha have their own local culture. He said that dog meat is eaten in Manipur which is a cultural aspect. There is a different culture in Kashmir. Every culture has to be recognized. If a community eats beef then accept it, what is your problem? Did they ask you to eat it? This is unity in diversity. There are differences between us and it has to be accepted. Raja said that if the slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ mean fundamentalism then we will never accept Jai Shri Ram and Bharat Mata ki Jai, Tamil Nadu will never accept it. Not only this, he said that he is not worried even if he and his party are declared enemies of Lord Ram.

A similar objectionable statement has been made by Ramendu Sinha Roy, MLA of the ruling Trinamool Congress in Bengal, regarding the grand Ram temple built in Ayodhya. Then how did PM Modi give his life without being a Brahmin? Ram temple in Ayodhya has been reduced to such a low level. Not a temple, but a showpiece has been built there.
Congress MP and senior leader Rahul Gandhi, during his Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra, said on the issue of unemployment in Ujjain that Modi wants that ‘you look at your mobile all day long, say Jai Shri Ram and do not do any work’. Die of hunger.’
