These shares were sold at a price of Rs 3,390-3,390.13 per share. Thus, the combined value of the entire transaction was Rs 152.55 crore. According to available data, SBI Mutual Fund has bought 2.25 lakh shares of VST Industries and DMart promoter Radhakishan Damani has bought more than 2.22 lakh shares at a price of Rs 3,390. Amidst this transaction, shares of VST Industries jumped 20 percent on Tuesday and closed at Rs 4,065.30.
