The initial public offering (IPO) of auto components maker Divgi TorqueTransfer Systems was subscribed 5.44 times on the last day of bidding on Friday. As per data available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the IPO received bids for 2,08,87,225 shares against an offer of 38,41,800 shares. The retail individual investor (RII) segment was subscribed 4.31 times, non-institutional investor category 1.40 times and qualified institutional buyer 7.83 times.
Has issued new shares up to Rs 180 crore under the IPO. In addition, 39,34,243 shares are under offer for sale (OFS). The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 560 to Rs 590 per share. Divgi TorqueTransfer Systems on Tuesday raised over Rs 185 crore from anchor investors. At the upper end of the price band, the IPO is expected to garner a little over Rs 412 crore. The shares of the company will be listed on BSE and NSE on March 14.
