Material
Milk – 2 liters
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 cups
Cardamom – 1 teaspoon powder
Saffron – 1 pinch

Method
Heat one liter milk in a pan and after it comes to a boil, add lemon juice and let the milk thicken. Now use a cloth to remove the condensed milk and wash it well with water, your Chhaina will be ready.
Now heat the remaining one liter milk in a separate pan. Add saffron, sugar, chopped almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and boil the milk until it reduces to half. After this knead chenna like soft dough. Then prepare small shaped balls from this mixture and press them with your palms. Now heat half a liter of water in a pan and add one and a half cup of sugar in it. Boil it. When the sugar water starts boiling, add the prepared balls into it and let it cook for a few minutes. Now take out the balls and put them in the milk mixture which is already prepared. Rasmalai is ready.
