New Delhi. Real estate major DLF is eyeing a revenue of around Rs 400 crore from the sale of 92 ready-made luxury independent floors on corner plots in Gurugram. The company’s executive director Akash Ohri gave this information on Monday. The company has several corner plots in Gurugram and is offering 92 independent floors. These floor sizes range between 2,400 to 3,100 sq. ft.

These will be sold for between Rs 4-5.5 crore. “We are launching more independent floors in Gurugram as the demand for this premium product is very high,” Akash Ohri, executive director and chief business officer of DLF Group, told PTI. The floors are expected to generate a sales revenue of Rs 400 crore.

“We have offered and sold independent floors worth Rs 7,650 crore in Gurugram and Chandigarh tri-city (Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula),” Ohri said.
