DLF sells 1,113 luxury flats worth Rs 7,200 crore in Gurugram’s new project in three days

Realty major DLF has sold 1,113 luxury apartments worth Rs 7,200 crore in three days ahead of the pre-launch of its project in Gurugram amid strong demand for residential properties.
In a filing to the stock exchanges, the company said it has sold flats worth Rs 7,200 crore in its new luxury residential project ‘DLF Privana South’ in Gurugram before formally launching it.
In March last year, DLF had sold 1,137 luxury flats in three days for more than Rs 8,000 crore. Their price was Rs 7 crore and above. Now DLF has introduced a new project ‘DLF Privana South’, which is spread over 25 acres in Sector 76 and 77 of Gurugram.
DLF said that in the pre-launch phase of the project, all the apartments have been sold within 72 hours. The project will include 1,113 luxury residences in seven towers. These have four BHK apartments and penthouses.
